Deputy General Manager – Operations
Position Summary
Responsible for leading and overseeing all operational activities across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics. Ensures that operations comply with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, customer specifications, technical standards, and internal procedures while driving operational excellence, product quality, traceability, and continuous improvement.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the General Manager.

- Managed daily operational activities, workforce allocation, and production resources.
- Assessed and mitigated operational risks to maintain business continuity.
- Oversaw warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, stock control, and product traceability.
- Directed shipping and logistics activities, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries while preventing shipping errors.
- Maintained product integrity throughout storage and transportation.
- Supported the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinated corrective actions and resolved operational non-conformities.
- Prepared operational and production performance reports for executive management.
