Position Summary
Contributed to research and development initiatives by supporting product development, technical analysis, engineering documentation, and production improvement projects. Ensured that all R&D activities complied with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, technical specifications, and organizational procedures while enhancing the company's technical capabilities and innovation processes.
Reporting Line
Reported directly to the R&D Manager and collaborated closely with the Production and Quality departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Participated in product design and new product development (NPD) projects.
- Conducted technical analysis and contributed to engineering problem-solving initiatives.
- Prepared and maintained technical documentation, specifications, reports, and engineering records.
- Assisted in the development of technical drawings, product documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
- Provided technical support to production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborated with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and technical standards.
- Supported process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintained technical records and ensured proper documentation control.
- Worked cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams throughout product development and implementation processes.
